Chicago police say they’ve identified the man responsible for a shooting inside the White Palace Grill in the South Loop last summer. Delegates attending the Democratic National Convention were inside the all-night diner when the shooting occurred early on August 23.
Police said a 42-year-old man was leaving the restaurant, 1159 South Canal, when a man wearing a security outfit fired shots, striking him in the back, both arms, and hand.
