LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Norwegian packaging company Elopak opened its first location in the United States at the Port of Little Rock Wednesday.
Elopak officials selected Little Rock as the site of the production plant in December 2023 and broke ground in March 2024. The company will produce sustainable cartons for milk, eggs and juices.

Company representatives said the location will offer 100 positions ranging from engineers, printers, operators and logistics specialists.
