TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said a serial rape and kidnapping suspect was arrested on Tuesday after three attacks in the same area.
Police said on March 13, a woman reported she was walking near East Admiral Boulevard and South Sheridan Road around 4 a.m. when a man in a blue car approached her.
