SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man shot and killed last week in North Laguna has been identified.
Shalom Rubben Billcataria, 21, of Sacramento, died after a shooting around 11:15 p.m. April 24 in the area of Winterhead and Bathbridge lanes, according to the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.
Officers found Billcataria with at least one gunshot wound after responding to reports of the shooting and administered life-saving efforts, but he was pronounced dead at the scene by fire personnel, the Sacramento Police Department said…
