WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. — One of West Sacramento’s most historic sites took a major step toward revitalization.
The West Sacramento City Council approved plans Wednesday that would transform the vacant Club Pheasant site into a commercial space featuring restaurants and retail shops, according to a city staff report.
