STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 58-year-old man was arrested following a standoff with police after he brandished a knife and threatened a victim in his home community of Elm Park, authorities allege.
Several weeks before that alleged encounter, the defendant, Charles Meizlik, was accused of dealing drugs in Port Richmond.
