APPLETON (WLUK) — The Appleton Police Department issued a warning Wednesday as concern continues to grows about the reckless riding of motorcycles, and more recently, some types of e-bikes.
Earlier this month, police investigated a serious crash when an e-bike rider took off after police tried to stop them — only to then be hit by a car.
