Free food truck opening for people affected by Tuesday’s storms

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief is opening a free food truck for those in need after being affected by Tuesday’s storms.

The relief team is opening a Quick Response Unit (QRU) Food Truck for residents that were affected by storms on Tuesday, April 29.

The food truck will be open from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, at the American Red Cross building at 1545 N. West Bypass in Springfield. The disaster relief team says they plan to open tomorrow, but the time will be released later this evening.
