The second driver arrested April 26 on a DUI charge after a good Samaritan was hit and killed refused to take a breathalyzer test, according to court documents.
Brandon Salazar Garcia, 27, of Carson City, drove into a vehicle that had crashed on Interstate 580 at Mt. Rose Highway, killing a woman who had gotten out of her car to help the first driver, the Nevada Highway Patrol reported.
Even though Salazar Garcia is cited in court documents as the driver who crashed into the car and the woman trying to help, he isn’t the one facing felony charges in her death…
