Man, 19, accused of firing gun on street, committing robberies at store, on Staten Island Railway, in scary spree

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 19-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot at an occupied car on a street crowded with pedestrians and vehicles in Clifton.

Survester Tarr of Clove Road in Concord also stands accused in two separate robberies, one at gunpoint at a convenience store in Stapleton and a second heist at a Staten Island Railway station in Dongan Hills, according to the criminal complaint.
