Syracuse, NY — A $265,000 renovation has taken a century-old Syracuse house down to its studs in an effort that shows the extreme measures needed to completely remove lead paint.
The 2,100-square-foot home at 1216-18 South Ave. will reopen later this year as a safe haven for families whose homes are being renovated to remove lead paint.
