COLUMBUS, Ohio — When a scammer stole her house through a fraudulent quitclaim deed, Robin Mobley, of Dayton, was left feeling blindsided, in debt and determined to win it back.
It all started with Mobley agreed to sell her house to a man without using a realtor. The home was paid off. She said she agreed to sell the home and that he would pay the property taxes.
