(FOX40.COM) — A 69-year-old man was shot and killed by Manteca Police on Wednesday evening after reportedly ramming multiple patrol vehicles in the parking lot of an In-N-Out Burger on Yosemite Avenue.
The incident began around 5 p.m. when witnesses said the suspect, later identified as Charles McGonegal II of Manteca, began acting erratically in the drive-through lane.
