WORCESTER — Worcester Police officers arrested a 54-year-old Holyoke man on drug distribution charges after observing alleged transactions on Main Street and Oread Street.
Officers witnessed what appeared to be a drug transaction on Main Street at approximately 1:15 a.m. on May 1.
A short time later, the same male was observed conducting another apparent drug deal on Oread Street…
