Dallas police fire 2 911 call analysts over ‘adverse conduct’

DALLAS — A day after the firing of a police officer, the Dallas Police Department fired two 911 call analysts during disciplinary hearings for “engaging in adverse conduct.”

Billy Flores’ firing came after he was arrested by the Wylie Police Department on the charge of theft of property, a Class B misdemeanor, DPD said.
