PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A man who died Monday after a shooting in downtown Portland has been identified by police.
On Thursday afternoon, Portland police said that Joshua Manahan, 44, was shot Sunday night near the intersection of South Harbor Drive and South Harrison Street and taken to a hospital.
