Marietta Police have arrested a 17-year-old they say shot two other teens near Elizabeth Porter Park last month.
Police have charged Xavier Ivan Moreno, of Marietta, in connection with the April 21 shooting.
Moreno was charged with 11 felonies and three misdemeanors, including nine felony counts of aggravated assault with intent to murder, one felony count of criminal damage in the second degree and two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass damage, among other crimes…
