The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission voted to adopt a temporary rule implementing the recreational harvest of spotted seatrout in inland and joint, by hook-and-line, fishing waters on April 17.
This ruling will be in effect beginning Friday, May 2, through Monday, June 30.
