HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Little River woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly shooting a dog in the face before pointing a gun at a person last month, Horry County police records show.
Tressa Tierny, 44, was charged with ill treatment of animals, in general, torture and pointing or presenting a firearm at a person. She was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Thursday, where she remains as of this writing without bond.
