ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — A stretch of Interstate 40 West will be closed this weekend, weather permitting, as crews perform rehabilitation work on a bridge between Hendersonville Road (Exit 50) and Interstate 26.
DBA Harrison Construction Co. of Asheville will close I-40 West from 8 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday to work on the westbound bridge over the French Broad River.
