Davidson County magistrates could soon gain access to criminal records, protecting victims

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — After FOX 17 News reporting and the work of a Davidson County Judge, magistrates will soon have access to criminal records when setting bonds and conditions – keeping repeat offenders off the streets.

Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell included this priority in his budget, pointing out its importance.
