BANKS Ore. (KPTV) – For the first time in program history, the Banks High School Symphonic Band is headed to state.
Three years ago, Braves band director Alison Houglum could barely fill a front row. In two weeks, she’ll be conducting two dozen talented musicians at the 3A state championships at OSU in Corvallis.
