DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Springfield Patrol Post of OSP is investigating a vehicle submersion that occurred Friday evening.
According to OSP, troopers were dispatched around 11 p.m. to the area of Clarence J. Brown Reservoir in Clark County. Troopers were notified of a vehicle that had reportedly ended up in the water.
