The city of Greenville announced May 1 the launch of the second phase of a master plan to review downtown infrastructure needs.
Phase two of the Downtown Transportation Master Plan aims to ensure the city’s transportation infrastructure keeps up with the continued development in the Central Business District. Clint Link, director of the city’s engineering services, explained the study will identify traffic, pedestrian and bicycle safety projects.
