A beloved Lansing food truck will soon be joining the fresh food offerings at Horrocks Farm Market on the city’s west side.
El Oasis – regularly ranked among Lansing’s best Mexican restaurants – has a food truck parked outside the greenhouse at Horrocks now, but according to a post on the restaurant’s social media, there’s no opening date to announce just yet.
The addition of El Oasis to the food offerings at Horrocks in Lansing fills a void left when the owners of Eato Chef, which had served Pad Thai and more from an Airstream trailer-turned-food truck at Horrocks for nearly five years, decided to pack up and move the business to Florida earlier this year.
