LENEXA, Kan. (KCTV) – Members of the Lenexa Police Department were led on a wild goose chase near the Oak Park Mall over the weekend, literally.
The Lenexa, Kansas, Police Department says that on Friday afternoon, May 2, a couple of officers were led on a high-stakes chase across field and pavement – well, across the street, as they attempted to round up a gaggle of wild goslings.
First responders noted that when they arrived at the scene near Lenexa and Westgate St., they found several wayward goslings and a rescue mission to ensure their safety in a nearby pond was hatched…
