A man wanted in connection with a homicide in Maryland was arrested Friday evening in Millsboro, Delaware , after a coordinated operation by Delaware State Police and the Millsboro Police Department.
Fernando Medina-Moreta, 28, of Seaford, was apprehended without incident following a traffic stop on DuPont Boulevard near Avenue of Honor Road. Authorities had received a tip around 7:45 p.m. that the suspect was parked outside a business on Centerview Drive, operating a dark gray Honda Accord with Delaware plates.
