Tennessee drops to Texas A&M on senior weekend

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – After suspending the game Friday night due to inclement weather, Tennessee and Texas A&M resumed play Saturday morning of game three of the series. The game picked back up where it left off, Aggies up 5-0 in the bottom of the 2nd, and they went on to run-rule the Lady Vols 13-2 to take the series.

It looked like the Lady Vols would be able to pick up some momentum as Sophia Nugent hit a home run the first pitch of the game, her third straight at bat this series with a home run, but Texas A&M brought the heat offensively.
