AUSTIN, Texas — Saturday’s sunny, pleasant weather didn’t keep thousands of people from heading inside the Palmer Events Center to check out the Austin Record Convention.
For the first time in its 44-year history, the biannual event expanded into both halls of the venue. The convention is the largest event of its kind in North America and the second-largest in the world.
