City of Cedar Rapids looking for artists to facilitate community project

The City of Cedar Rapids and the city’s Public Art Commission are looking for independent artists and teams to help create workshops for a new art project in Wellington Heights. The project will include a sidewalk mural, an artistic curb extension mural, and bus shelter art. Artists are invited to submit their qualifications by the deadline of 4 p.m. Thursday, June 12.
