CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Now in its fourth year, Crawfish for a Cause is back—serving up plenty of tasty mudbugs, but more importantly, raising money for two local nonprofits: the Wesley Community Center and the Junior League of Corpus Christi. Both organizations support underserved children and families in Corpus Christi and Robstown.
“We are the only child care center in Corpus Christi that goes to the homeless shelters and picks up children everyday,” said Holly Bockholt, Treasurer of Wesley Community Center.
