ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Those who live in Rockford’s 13th ward now have a place to make their voices heard.
Tamir Bell, the 13th ward’s alderman-elect, opened his new office on Saturday. The office is located in the Rockford Boys and Girls Club on Kilburn Avenue.
