Red Circle’s Creative Spot is a permanent space in the region and is dedicated to arts, mental health and leadership. It also offers holistic wellness for youth and community members. Organizers say this space is much needed.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were going to the home of 29-year-old Caleb Sowell in Arnold on a warrant for felony charges. When deputies arrived, Sowell was outside of his home and attempted to run inside when he spotted them.
