HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Locally breezy trades are expected over the islands for the foreseeable future. Mostly dry and stable conditions are expected until midweek, when an approaching weak front might increase showers for windward and mauka areas, mainly on Tuesday and Wednesday.
In surf, south shore waves will lower slowly into Sunday, with another long-period SSW swell expected late Sunday night and peaking Monday. East shore surf will hold steady with the persistent trades. Surf along north shores will gradually decline Sunday, but some small NW swells will keep things from going completely flat.
