A suspect in a stolen SUV refused to give up as police officers attempted to pull him over. He led a police chase through Houston, Texas. After crashing the vehicle the suspect pulled out a gun, forcing officers to react.

The Houston Police Department shared that an officer spotted a stolen SUV off Highway 288 at Reed. They turned on their lights to initiate a traffic stop. However, the driver in the stolen Buick decided to flee.
Then a brief police chase ensued until the suspect crashed the Buick near Bacon and Tierwester Village Apartments around midnight. According to ABC 13 , the suspect jumped out of the vehicle and ran on foot.
