SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Happy Sunday! High pressure continues to bring us dry, comfortable, and seasonable temperatures through today and tomorrow even. We will also continue to receive cooler air from the north, and this is what will keep our highs in a similar range to yesterday’s, in the upper 70s and lower 80s.
Tomorrow will start out almost identical to today with lows in the 40s/50s again, but some clouds are expected to enter from the west as our next weather maker begins to develop. That system will enter the ArkLaTex by Tuesday morning and bring a plethora of rainfall to the region through the day and into the evening. There is a Marginal (level 1/5) risk for severe weather and a Moderate (level 3/4) risk for flooding for most of the region on Tuesday.
