Troy man pleads guilty to weapons charge in GIVE initiative case

TROY — Kervin Tribble pleaded guilty to one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class C violent felony, Rensselaer County District Attorney Mary Pat Donnelly announced Tuesday.

The charge stems from Tribble’s possession of a loaded firearm on April 25, 2024, at 41 Douw Street in Troy.

Tribble will receive a sentence of 10 years in state prison followed by 5 years of post-release supervision and must forfeit over $20,000…
