LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little feet and hands filled the pavilion at Little Rock Zoo Sunday, and every child had one thing in common. They were born at UAMS and were NICU babies.
Kathryn Babcock was one of the many mothers to attend the event and recalls her twins experience while in NICU.
“Our Saline over here was baby B. She spent 41 days in NICU and Florence over here she was our baby A, she had a growth restriction, so she ended up spending 87 days in NICU,” Babcock said.
