ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A person was shot and injured Sunday in East St. Louis.
The shooting happened around 7:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of McCasland in East St. Louis. No details about the victim have been released, but the Illinois State Police said they were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
