NOCO Humane longtime CEO Judy Calhoun is planning retirement after 17 years at the helm. According to the Greeley Tribune, during her tenure, Calhoun executed a successful “Yes on 200” campaign to fund construction of a new, state-of-the-art shelter in Loveland and expand services into Weld County to increase capacity to serve more animals. The NOCO Humane board has formed a transition committee to ensure a seamless transition into new leadership. The board will begin a national search for the next CEO in four to six weeks.
