Yancey County Sheriff’s Office Participates in Special Olympics Torch Run

The Yancey County Sheriff’s Office proudly participated in the annual Special Olympics Torch Run this morning, supporting athletes across North Carolina and helping raise awareness for the Special Olympics movement.

Annually, dedicated and compassionate law enforcement members carry the “Flame of Hope,” symbolizing courage and celebrating diversity, uniting communities across North Carolina!
