CARTHAGE, Ohio (WKRC) – A bicyclist was struck by an SUV that went off the road in Carthage Sunday.
Cincinnati Police said the driver of a Dodge Journey was headed westbound on Seymour Avenue near Van Kirk when he drove off the road and onto the sidewalk where a 45-year-old man was riding a bike.
The bike rider was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. He was not wearing a helmet…
