MIAMI, Fla. (WFLA)— Thirty-two people were rescued after a 63-foot boat started sinking near Monument Island over the weekend, the United States Coast Guard Southeast said.
USCG crew and partner agencies responded to the yacht, later identified as the Tecnomar for Lamborghini yacht, around 5 p.m. on Saturday.
The USCG shared images on X, formerly known as Twitter, of the boat sinking with passengers located at the front of the boat.
