Santa Ana, CA (May 4, 2025) – A motorcyclist sustained injuries on May 4 after a collision involving a white Kia K5 on the southbound Interstate 5 near the SR-55 interchange.
California Highway Patrol units responded to the crash scene around 8:54 p.m., where they found a motorcycle down and blocking the number 1 lane. The Kia involved was parked on the shoulder with its hazard lights flashing. The driver claimed they did not initially see the motorcyclist, and it remains unclear how the collision occurred.
