Skiatook HS student wins Congressional Art Competition for second consecutive year

SKIATOOK, Okla. — A Skiatook High School student won the Congressional Art Competition for Oklahoma’s 1st Congressional District for the second year in a row.

Carissa Butler won this year’s Congressional Art Contest, hosted by Congressman Kevin Hern, after also winning in 2024.
