WATERVLIET, N.Y. (WRGB) — A 23-year-old Waterford man was arrested April 24, in connection to multiple vandalized vehicles in Watervliet at the Highland Club Apartments.
On October 2, 2024, the Watervliet Police Department responded to reports of a vehicle that had been vandalized at the Highland Club Apartments. Police reportedly discovered multiple vehicles with shattered windows and blood on the glass. The collected blood samples were submitted for analysis and subsequently matched to an individual in law enforcement databases.
Following positive identification through DNA evidence and multiple attempts to locate the suspect at his last known addresses, initial apprehension efforts proved unsuccessful. An arrest warrant was issued for Justin I. Santiago…
