SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Syracuse Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Quin’nas Williams in an ongoing search.
According to the police, Williams was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with gray writing, black pants with white writing, multi-colored socks and black sandals.
