MADISON, Wis. — The Dane County Humane Society is asking residents to participate in the Wildlife Baby Shower this week.
The baby shower runs from Monday to Sunday. Each year, the humane society’s rehabilitation program admits hundreds of orphaned baby animals, songbirds, ducklings, owlets, baby bunnies, and fox kits.
DCHS stated the baby shower is to “raise awareness, funds, and much needed supplies in preparation of the hundreds of baby wildlife patients expected to arrive in the next few weeks.”…
