New charges have been filed against a man accused of driving drunk and killing two people at Park Tavern in St. Louis Park last September 1.
Steven Bailey, who has a history of five prior DWI convictions in Minnesota, is alleged to have been driving with a blood alcohol content of more than four times the legal limit when he drove his vehicle into Park Tavern’s patio.
