Thanks to a budget variance at the end of 2024, the City Council on Tuesday will be asked to restore $4.3 million in funding to various capital projects that were left out of the 2025 reduced services budget. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports, among the projects slated for restoration are $1.6 million for transportation rehabilitation, $631,206 for annual facility maintenance, $510,000 for IT application upgrades, and $328,818 to update the city’s ADA transition plan.
